Road Rescue Services - Terms and Conditions

By using the towing services provided by Road Rescue Services (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”), you (“you,” “the customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

 

 

1. Service Agreement:

 

 

Road Rescue Services provides roadside assistance and towing services through partnerships with independent tow truck operators. All services provided are subject to availability and confirmation by our service partners.

 

 

 

2. Service Requests:

 

 

  • When you request a tow, we will dispatch a tow truck from a service provider in our network.

  • You are responsible for ensuring all information provided is accurate (e.g., vehicle type, location, issues).

  • We reserve the right to modify service times, pricing, and availability depending on circumstances, including weather or emergency situations.

 

 

 

 

3. Cancellation Policy:

 

 

  • Cancellations made within 30 minutes of booking: A 50% cancellation fee of the total service price will apply.

  • Cancellations made after the tow truck has been dispatched or within 30 minutes of estimated arrival: A 100% cancellation fee (full payment) will apply.

  • If the tow driver has already arrived at the location and the service is canceled, the customer will be charged the full price of the service.

  • Cancellation requests must be made directly to Road Rescue Services via phone, text, or email.

 

 

 

 

4. Payment:

 

 

  • Payment Terms: All payments for towing services are due upon completion of the tow unless otherwise agreed. We accept payments via [list of payment methods — e.g., credit card, PayPal, Zelle, etc.].

  • The customer is responsible for any additional fees incurred during the service, including but not limited to fuel surcharges, tolls, or storage fees.

 

 

 

 

5. Service Areas:

 

 

  • Road Rescue Services operates across all 50 states in the United States.

  • If services are requested outside of the 50 states or in areas not serviced by our network, additional charges may apply.

  • Travel time, waiting time, and any additional services will be billed at the standard rates as outlined by the service provider.

 

 

 

 

6. Liability:

 

 

  • Road Rescue Services and its service providers are not liable for any damages to the vehicle during the towing process unless caused by negligence or intentional misconduct.

  • We are not responsible for damages caused by road conditions, weather, or third-party actions during the towing service.

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring their vehicle is prepared for towing and will not be held liable for any hidden damages or conditions that may affect the towing process.

 

 

 

 

7. Vehicle Ownership and Authorization:

 

 

  • You must be the owner of the vehicle or have authorization from the vehicle owner to request towing services.

  • By requesting a tow, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of the vehicle’s owner.

 

 

 

 

8. Customer Communication:

 

 

  • By providing your contact information, you agree to receive updates and notifications regarding your service via SMS, phone call, or email.

  • We will use this information only for the purpose of providing our services and will not share it with third parties without your consent.

 

 

 

 

9. Amendments:

 

 

  • Road Rescue Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.

 

 

 

 

10. Governing Law:

 

 

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the service is being provided. If any legal dispute arises, the jurisdiction shall be the state where the service is performed or where the dispute occurs.
